Delivery Policy

  Durden Dr NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319) @ 1:00pm *in front of Bon Glaze Donuts

Cost for each delivery location are listed in the online ordering section of the website and are subject to change.

*For the safety everyone, masks are required to be worn by clients and staff during deliveries.
Deliverer will spend approximately 10 min at each location. If you do not arrive before the deliverer leaves, you may not attempt to arrive at the next delivery location and appointed time( i.e. missed  Memorial drive and will drive to Brookhaven).
No alternative standard delivery options are available and failure to show up at the appointed location delivery times will result in a non-refundable forfeiture of your meal plan items. 

Contactless Meal Delivery
If you prefer not to use one of the Standard Delivery options, you may select a Contactless Meal Delivery with the following terms:

• Delivery will take place on Sundays between 1:00pm and 3:00pm
• Delivery Address must be within a 20 mile radius of the Memorial Drive Location( 
  4380 Memorial Dr, Decatur, GA 30032).

  $10 service and delivery charge will apply deliveries within 10 miles from Memorial Drive Location. A $20 service and delivery charge will apply to deliveries within 11-20 miles from the Memorial Drive Location.

   
• Delivery Address for the personal delivery must be included with your weekly order and received by the 5pm order deadline on Tuesdays.
• By selecting the Contactless Meal Delivery option at checkout, you agree to your order being delivered to the doorstep (or lobby, if instructed) of the provided address between the designated times and that your driver will text or call you to inform you that your food is on your doorstep. We recommend that you are present for the delivery,  as Perfect Portions Atlanta (and/or it's affiliates) will not responsible for any damages or theft that may occur after after the delivery has been made. 
• There are no refunds for this service charge.
• Times and dates of Contactless Meal Delivery option cannot be adjusted
• If driver is delayed due to traffic or any other unforseen circumstances,  you will be notified of the delay. 
• Terms and fees are subject to change.
